Using a three-step coating process that's one of the most thorough on the market ensures PIAA's Trail Light Bars for 2011-2014 Chevrolet Silverado HD can withstand harsh weather elements.

First, the light bars are media blasted to clean off any impurities and create a strong adhesion for the two-part powder coating. After the blasting process, a Zinc Primer Powder Coating is applied to help add additional adhesion. Finally, a high quality Black Magic Powder Coating is applied to create the multi-layer corrosion protection.

The bars have mounting tabs for up to four 9" lights and are constructed using high quality steel tubing. PIAA's Trail Light Bars for 2011-2014 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 3500 HD comes complete with mounting brackets, hardware and installation instructions.
